Fine. We do one walkthrough at a time that works, make the offer, and close with terms you both agree to about move-out. We've structured deals with 30 / 60 / 90-day post-close possession agreements to give the occupying spouse time to find a new place.

Yes. We're experienced with court-ordered sales, including ones where a special commissioner or judge has to approve the price. We'll work directly with the court and both attorneys to make sure the sale terms satisfy the order.
